Evergreen Volleyball Club is currently looking for passionate Head and Assistant Coaches for our women’s club volleyball program (U13–18U).

At Evergreen, we believe coaching is about far more than teaching volleyball skills. It is about mentorship, leadership, connection, and helping young athletes grow into confident, resilient people both on and off the court.

We are intentionally building a smaller, connected club environment where coaches are not just another name in a large system. Our coaches have a real voice within the organization and play an active role in shaping culture, building relationships, and helping grow the future of the club.

Founded by teachers and former collegiate athletes, Evergreen is built on the values of: Empowerment, Evolution, Resilience, Leadership & Performance. These are not just words; they are our roots.

Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for coaches who:

• Have strong volleyball knowledge and technical fundamentals

• Have previous coaching and/or post-secondary playing experience

• Lead with positivity, integrity, and strong communication

• Value athlete development beyond the scoreboard

• Care deeply about team culture and connection

• Enjoy collaborating and growing alongside other coaches

• Want to help shape and grow a developing program

• Are passionate about mentoring young athletes
