Evergreen Athletes ignites the potential within every individual by fostering skill mastery, mental resilience, and emotional intelligence. We champion growth beyond the scoreboard by supporting athletes through high-level training and meaningful mentorship that prepares them to rise, lead, and thrive both in sport and in life.

Our Mission

Our Founding Story

At Evergreen, we believe athletes deserve more than just reps and results. True development happens when athletes are supported physically, mentally, and emotionally — as people and as competitors.

Founded by educators and former post-secondary athletes, Evergreen brings together elite sport experience with strong teaching philosophies. Our programs are built to develop the whole athlete: skill, mindset, leadership, and physical preparation all work together to fuel growth.

How We Create Community

🏔️ Coach Summits

Before every season, our coaching staff comes together for a leadership summit, a time to align on our values, training philosophy, and athlete support strategies. These gatherings ensure that our coaches are unified, inspired, and ready to guide athletes with clarity and care. We believe that when our coaches grow together, our athletes benefit.

🌱 Mentorship Across Teams

We intentionally foster relationships across age groups to build a true club community. Older athletes are given opportunities to mentor younger players, whether through joint training sessions, team events, or informal leadership moments during tournaments. This mentorship strengthens the confidence of younger athletes while empowering older ones to lead with purpose and empathy.
