Connor developed his volleyball skills in the Edmonton area, competing with various local clubs. His extensive experience and dedication led to a position on the Concordia University of Edmonton Thunder Men's Volleyball team in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC), where he played as a middle and right-side hitter for five years. During his tenure with the Thunder, Connor was named team captain and received multiple team accolades.
While at Concordia, Connor earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education degree. Over the past seven years, he has been teaching within the Parkland School Division and has also been actively coaching volleyball in the Edmonton area for the past eleven years. Connor has coached with Northern Alberta Volleyball Club (NAVC) and NOOKS Volleyball club, working with athletes aged 13 to 17.
Currently, Connor serves as the head coach for the Memorial High School Senior Women's Volleyball Team and is eager to take on the role of head coach for Evergreen's inaugural U17 Women's team.

Cassidy is a dedicated volleyball coach with over 10 years of experience, working with athletes of all age groups. She is passionate about fostering an environment where athletes can grow both on and off the court, emphasizing personal development as much as athletic skills.
Cassidy is a certified NCCP Level 1 coach with three years of experience playing on the Concordia University of Edmonton volleyball team, where she served as captain for two years.
Cassidy’s coaching philosophy centers around the belief that success on the court is built on a foundation of hard work, discipline, and mutual respect. She strives to create an environment where athletes, especially young women, are encouraged to push their limits, both physically and mentally, while maintaining a love for the game.

With over 11 years of coaching experience, Shandelle brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Evergreen. A former standout player, Shandelle was recruited out of high school to play for the Concordia University Thunder, where she not only completed her five years of eligibility but also served as team captain. During her collegiate career, she earned accolades such as Athlete of the Week and was recognized as a CCAA National Scholar Award recipient.
In addition to her athletic accomplishments, Shandelle co-founded Evergreen Athletes and holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education. She is currently a teacher at Lillian Osborne High School, where she also coaches the junior women's volleyball team. Shandelle has coached school and club volleyball for athletes aged 12-18. Her coaching highlights include winning a Provincial Championship, appearing in Metro City Championship, leading the ABJ Scots senior women's volleyball team to an undefeated, and coaching in the prestigious Big Kahuna high school all-star game.
Shandelle's commitment to developing young athletes has resulted in many of her players advancing to post-secondary volleyball with top university and ACAC teams, as well as representing Canada on the Junior National and Youth National teams. Many of her athletes have also been selected for Team Alberta over the years.
Shandelle is particularly passionate about teaching game strategy and influencing the momentum of the game by using techniques that keep all athletes engaged and team spirit high.

Kyle is a dedicated volleyball coach with four years of experience coaching athletes of all ages and genders. Kyle most recently coached NOOKS U18. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his playing career, including two years at Concordia University of Edmonton and participation with Team Saskatchewan. Notably, Kyle competed for Team Saskatchewan and contiuted to a club Provincial Championship banner. His coaching philosophy focuses on nurturing personal growth, fostering teamwork, and instilling a passion for the game in young athletes. Kyle's commitment to developing well-rounded players and promoting a deep understanding of the sport makes him a valuable mentor and coach.
